The Cortina Delicious ski area

Between the Falzarego and Giau passes

The ski slopes of the Cortina Delicious area are always snow-covered and perfectly groomed, thanks to favourable exposure and the use of artificial snow programmes when necessary. The difficulty of the ski runs is from easy to moderate, and all are immensely satisfying.
From the peak of Mount Lagazuoi, you can return to the Falzarego Pass skirting the mountain on the Lagazuoi slope, or ski down to the Badia Valley along the mesmerizing Armentarola piste. There, you can decide to return to the Falzarego Pass ski area by first taking a horse lift and then a taxibus.
Facing Mount Lagazuoi, the Col Gallina ski area is a paradise for children, with slopes also suitable for beginners. From here, you can reach the 5 Torri and Giau ski slopes.
You can easily reach the Giau and 5 Torri ski areas from the Badia, Puster and Gardena valleys via the Falzarego Pass and return with the Croda Negra two-seater chairlift (420 meters long) that reaches the Forcella Croda Negra from the Fedare slope (Giau Pass). On the north side of Forcella Croda Negra, the Averau Troi ski track leads to Col Gallina and the Falzarego Pass.
The Cortina Delicious area has two ski training centres: the Ovest Col Gallina 6 slope and the Lino Lacedelli slope at the 5 Torri, both homologated for competitions and training.

Connections between the Cortina Delicious ski area and the adjacent valleys

The area is part of the Dolomiti Superski ski carousel and is connected to the slopes of the adjacent ski areas and valleys by lift facilities, pistes, ski buses, public bus services and taxi buses. The Dolomiti Superski ski pass is required to use the free ski bus. However, some routes (Pescul - Fedare and Masarè - Alleghe - Malga Ciapela) are subject to a fee.
