Where we are - how to get there

The Lagazuoi 5 Torri Giau area lies in the heart of the Eastern Dolomites, at the confluence of three valleys, namely: the Ampezzo valley, Val Badia and upper Val Cordevole.

The area is 17 km far from Cortina and 12 km far from Val Badia.

It is easily accessible, both in winter and in summer; transportation can be arranged also by local bus services.

Here below you will find some informations on the location of the Area as well as the connections with the main Italian and European towns.

More infos: Se.Am. Office of Cortina d'Ampezzo.

The services are run by different companies, depending on the route and on the area covered. These services are quite efficient in the tourist seasons, thus standing as an excellent alternative to private cars.

Throughout the winter season a ski-bus service, free for skipass holders, is operating to connect the lifts of the Area to those in the Cortina d'Ampezzo and Badia ski-area.

The following bus companies cover the routes in the Cortina Delicious area:

By train

The railway line reaches neither Cortina d'Ampezzo nor Val Badia. The nearest stations are Calalzo di Cadore to the South, the terminal for most of the Italian towns, and Dobbiaco to the North, serving the traffic from Austria, Germany and, in general, the whole Northern Europe.

From these stations, bus services are available to reach Cortina and from there the Falzarego Pass. Bus timetables are quite convenient, mainly in the tourist seasons when the service is further increased.
