Cortina Delicious is a consortium that groups together most of the mountain huts, hotels, restaurants and lift facilities of the areas Lagazuoi, 5 Torri, Giau, Falzarego, Croda da Lago, Pocol and Tofana di Rozes and the association of Cortina’s mountain guides “Gruppo Guide Alpine di Cortina”.
The group was founded in 2004 to support the project for the enhancement of the historical testimonies of the Great War, a project that led to the creation of the largest Open-air Museum of the First World War in the Dolomites: Lagazuoi, 5 Torri and Sasso di Stria.
The relationship of trust and cooperation built over time has enabled the achievement of new communication projects, consortium purchases, an improvement in service quality and, last but not least, the organization of sporting and cultural events, among them the Delicious Trail Dolomiti, the Delicious Climbing Dolomiti, the Lagazuoi Cairn Festival and the Delicious Slow Trail Dolomiti.
