The Delicious Beers

The Cortina Delicious team offers exclusively special craft beers

An extensive research in collaboration with the brewmaster of the Acelum brewery in Castelcucco (TV), experimentation, testing and tasting have led to the production of three types of "delicious" craft beers that will be available for tasting in the Cortina Delicious area exclusively.

The ingredients, the names, the production process, the choice of label graphics: everything is special. These are the Delicious beers: R'Esàes, Ciarié, and Rósele.

  • R'Esàes beer ("bees" in the Ladin-Ampezzano language). This is a blond beer with an alcohol content of 4.8%, flavoured with forest honey Agostini from Colle Santa Lucia, brewed with raw materials according to a German recipe and neutral yeast. It has a soft body with a hint of bread crust and honey and is characterised by a delicate herbaceous aftertaste.

  • Ciarié beer. This is an intensely golden beer with an alcohol content of 4% vol., slightly bitter, with a full-bodied taste and, thanks to the wild mountain cumin, with a refreshing, spicy aftertaste. The yeast used gives it a fruity and baked note.

  • Rósele beer ('Rosina' in the Ladin-Ampezzano language). This is an amber-coloured rye-IPA beer with 6% alcohol by volume that reflects the colours of the sunsets and dawns of the Dolomites. It is brewed with Trentino hops from the highlands, which confers resinous and slightly citrusy notes. It owes its full, round body to the caramel malt and its spicy note to the rye. The aftertaste is slightly bitter.

You will find them solely and exclusively in the Cortina Delicious area: in the mountain refuges Col Gallina, Averau, Scoiattoli, Fedare, Peziè de Parù, Lagazuoi, Lago d'Ajal, and in the restaurants and mountain cafés La Baita, Baita Resch, Villa Argentina, Baita Bai de Dones and Lagazuoi Terrace Bar by Embassy.
