Fulvio Morella’s exhibition, combining art, sport and inclusion, arrives at Lagazuoi Expo Dolomiti ahead of the Milan Cortina 2026 Paralympics.
On Saturday, 3 January 2026, at the Lagazuoi Expo Dolomiti, situated at an altitude of 2,732 metres, Fulvio Morella’s exhibition “Cortina di Stelle” will be inaugurated. This exhibition marks the final chapter of the project “I limiti non esistono” (Limits Don’t Exist), which celebrates the iconic locations of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. The exhibition is part of the official programme for the Milan Cortina 2026 Cultural Olympiad and will be open to the public until 5 April 2026.
Featuring the personal accounts of Paralympic athletes, selected in collaboration with FISIP (the Italian Federation of Paralympic Winter Sports), the exhibition curated by Sabino Maria Frassà, president of Cramum*, showcases multisensory works incorporating Braille. It transforms this tactile language into an artistic experience and a tool to break down perceptual and conceptual barriers.
Fulvio Morella is one of Italy’s most renowned contemporary artists, celebrated for his immersive and multisensory work. He received the Alfredo D’Andrade Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023, and his pieces are featured in prestigious international collections, including the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna.
