To celebrate Women's Day, the Siorpaes family of the Averau Refuge is organising a tribute to women and the Ampezzo Ladin gastronomic tradition
During the dinner, on Saturday 13th March at the Averau Refuge, the artist Sonia Dainese will perform a classical harp concert.
This proposal is part of a series of events featuring a unique menu created for this occasion, available only from From Monday 8th to Sunday 14th March 2027. An absolute highlight among the courses are the 'Casunziei', a sort of ravioli filled with beetroots, but with strange twist: the dish is cooked with the same ingredients in reverse order, thus it has a delicate pink colour.

Prohibition of transit on the ski slopes outside the permitted hours
Please note that, in accordance with the provisions in force and to ensure everyone's safety, the ski slopes are reserved for the sole practice of alpine skiing, and that it is absolutely forbidden to use the ski slopes when the ski lifts are closed.
We remind you that it is always absolutely forbidden to walk on the ski slopes, with a sled or with alpine skis. The prohibition is necessary to protect the safety of skiers during the day, and in the evening of the staff employed for the maintenance of the slopes and of those who want to reach the shelters during events and dinners.
The snowcats and snowmobiles used in the evening for the maintenance of the slopes are a danger to anyone on the ski slope, as they are not always visible and may not be able to stop in time to avoid an impact.
Reaching the shelters in the evening is possible ONLY using the ski lift if open, or the snowmobiles that operate on specific agreed routes.
