Fish on Friday… in a mountain refuge

Enjoy seafood specialities at an altitude of over 1500 metres in the heart of the Dolomites!

The Guerrini family at the Peziè de Parù Refuge loves organizing themed dinners based on authentic Venetian traditions.

On Friday 19th January, guest chef Felice from the Sabbioni restaurant at The Green Park Hotel in Cavallino Treporti proposes a seafood-tasting menu based on traditional recipes from the Veneto region.

In the evening, after skiing or snowshoeing up to the nearby mangers following the tracks of forest animals, this refuge offers a tasty culinary experience. This mountain refuge is located amidst an enchanting alpine pasture and surrounded by a dense forest, the starting point of numerous ski mountaineering and snowshoeing tracks.

Malga Peziè de Parù is just five kilometres away from the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo, on the road to the Giau Pass. Guests are also welcome to spend a night in one of the four beautiful double rooms with stunning views of the mountains Tofana de Ròzes, 5 Torri, Ciadenes, Antelao, Sorapis and Cristallo. The interiors are elegant and romantic.
